Apple has officially unveiled Apple Business, a groundbreaking all-in-one platform designed to provide companies of all sizes with the essential tools needed to manage their operations, scale their reach, and support their teams. Set to launch on April 14, 2026, the platform integrates Apple’s most powerful enterprise services into a single, seamless interface.
At the heart of the new offering is built-in mobile device management (MDM). This core feature allows business owners and IT administrators to effortlessly oversee their entire fleet of Apple devices. By using a new tool called “Blueprints,” businesses can quickly configure employee groups, security protocols, and app distributions. This enables ‘zero-touch’ deployment, meaning new devices are ready for use immediately out of the box, significantly reducing the technical burden on smaller organizations without dedicated IT staff.
Beyond device oversight, Apple Business introduces a suite of productivity and collaboration tools. For the first time, businesses can set up professional email, calendar, and directory services directly through the platform using their own custom domain names. To ensure employee privacy while maintaining corporate security, the platform utilizes Managed Apple Accounts, which keep personal and work data strictly separate on the same device.
Apple is also expanding how businesses connect with their customers. The platform incorporates brand management tools, previously part of Apple Business Connect, allowing companies to manage their digital presence across Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri, and Mail from one hub. A new feature arriving this summer will even allow U.S. and Canadian businesses to place local ads within Apple Maps during key discovery moments.
“Apple Business is a significant leap forward in our commitment to helping companies leverage the power of Apple products,” said Susan Prescott, Apple’s Vice President of Enterprise and Education Marketing. “We have unified our strongest offerings into one simple, secure platform.” Starting April 14, Apple Business will be available as a free service in over 200 countries and regions. It will replace existing services such as Apple Business Manager, Apple Business Essentials, and Apple Business Connect, with all existing data automatically migrating to the new unified platform at launch. While the core service is free, companies can still opt for paid add-ons, including AppleCare+ for Business and additional iCloud storage.
